ضمن برنامج HerMentor، أنهى منتدى سيدات الأعمال (BWF) تدريب المرشدات اللواتي ستشاركن في الدفعة الأولى من البرنامج. تم تدريب المرشدات في عدد من المواضيع المختلفة في مجال الإرشاد. نتطلع في برنامج HerMentor إلى خلق الفرصة المناسبة للمرشدات لنقل خبراتهنّ ومعارفهن المكتسبة للطالبات المشاركات في البرنامج! --------------------------------------------------------------------- يأتي هذا البرنامج الإرشادي ضمن برنامج فرصة للتعليم والتدريب التقني والمهني المقدم بدعم سخي من الشعب الأمريكي من خلال الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية (USAID). وتقوم مؤسسة ايركس بتنفيذ البرنامج بالشراكة مع DAI وجامعة ومعهد ولاية فرجينيا التقني وبوابة التطوير ومنتدى سيدات الأعمال-فلسطين وغرفة تجارة وصناعة محافظة بيت لحم وشركة النجاح للاستشارات والدراسات الفنية Within the HerMentor program, Business Women Forum (BWF) has successfully completed the training of our first cohort of mentors! The mentors have been trained on 8 different modules regarding mentorship.
